A Message to Parents

We thank you for sharing your sons and daughters with us. We know the seminar has made an impact on their lives, and they certainly have made an impact on all of us. And for that we are very grateful.

We need your help to keep our organization strong and motivating more of Maine’s future leaders.

How You Can Help Us

Here are some ways you can be involved with MYL and help us grow.

• Fill out the parent survey so we can improve our organization
• Support your son or daughters participation in MYL alumni events. We will post alumni events on our alumni page as well as send out periodic e-mails about upcoming MYL alumni events.
• Join our organization as a volunteer or board member. We are always looking for dedicated individuals to join our all-volunteer non-profit. To find out where you can help us most, contact Board President Tom Renehan at 207- 221-3196 or by email at info@maineyouthleadership.org
• Tell your high school’s guidance counselor what the MYL experience meant to your child. We need your help in getting a sophomore student nominated from your school each year.
• Donate to our cause! More than 95 percent of our funding goes directly to our Seminar program and participating students. We NEVER charge students or schools to participate. Your donation will help us reach more Maine students. Please give what you can to keep our program strong!
