Youth Advisory Board

MYL's Youth Advisory Board (YAB) was established in early 2021, made up of recent alumni. The YAB is intended to cultivate authentic youth voices and leadership with the direction of Maine Youth Leadership. YAB members gain leadership and communication skills by meeting monthly and sharing leadership facilitation roles. They grow youth-adult partnerships through collaborating directly with the Board of Directors and have opportunities to join our various committees and directly aid in planning the annual four day seminar.
