About Elliot
I graduated in 2021 from Waterville Senior High School and ultimately graduated from the University of Maine - Augusta in 2024 with a Bachelors in Justice Studies Pre-Law with a concentration in Paralegal Studies.
Currently, I am a Lime Kiln and Recaust Operator at Sappi North America Somerset Mill in Skowhegan, ME. As a member of the United Steelworkers Union Local 4-9, I get to use leadership in many facets of my life.
What does MYL mean to you? Why join the board?
Maine Youth Leadership connected me with so many amazing leaders and friends who are just like me. They want to make the world a better place, give back to their communities, and continue to learn and grow year to year. At MYL I’m allowed to be authentically myself and build on the wisdom of those before me and share my own experiences to make a difference in someone else’s life.
I joined the MYL BOD to be involved in the organization year round. Only getting to work and collaborate with these amazing minds one weekend a year wasn’t enough for me, so I brought my digital creativeness, attention to detail, and passion for Maine Youth Leadership to the Board to work all year round on this amazing opportunity.
