The Pillars of Maine Youth Leadership
Leadership

Participants are empowered to take initiative, inspire others, and develop effective decision-making skills. Through hands-on activities and group challenges, students gain the confidence and tools needed to lead in both their school communities and beyond.
Volunteerism
Volunteerism
We emphasize the importance of giving back to the community and making a positive impact through service. Participants engage in projects that highlight the value of helping others, learning how volunteer work can strengthen communities and build a sense of shared responsibility.
Character
Character
We are dedicated to fostering integrity, respect, and personal responsibility in emerging leaders. Through discussions and reflection, students explore how to make ethical choices, overcome challenges with resilience, and be role models who inspire others through their actions and values.
