About Emily

Emily was an ambassador from Windham High School 2012 and in following years held rolls as a JC, AC, and SF. She has been a board member since 2019. Since her ambassador year, Maine Youth Leadership has been an important and special part of Emily’s life, Emily chooses to volunteer her time with MYL to provide other youth with the incredible experience that is Maine Youth Leadership. Emily lives in Westbrook, ME. She earned her bachelors in social work at the University of Maine and a masters in social work at the University of Southern Maine. She owns a private counseling practice where she provides therapy to teens and young adults. In her free time she likes to hike, go to the lake, read, travel, and spend time with friends and family!
