Being a part of the YAB allowed him to help out the organization year-round, rather than just for a few days a year. Luke really enjoyed helping with the seminar and being able to work with MYL alum consistently. This, combined with his passion for MYL as a whole, made him want to join the Board!

When she first heard about MYL, she knew this was something she wanted to be involved in, but because she didn't think she would be in Maine for more than a year, she didn't think it would be feasible. Well, Zoë decided to make Maine her home and 2 years later, Kathy Leighton mentioned to her that she was involved and told her more about the organization.
